Mass Junk Inc. is a local, family-owned company, not a franchise. Our rates include removal, clean-up, and disposal and/or donation of items we remove.
Other junk removal companies may charge for the square footage of truck space your removal items occupy; this is a clever business tactic aimed at getting as much money as possible from the client. At Mass Junk Inc., we do not operate this way. Rather, we work with the best interests of our customers, who rely on us for our removal expertise and service. We will consolidate the items removed to occupy the least amount of truck space, and base our fees on a combination of the total estimated weight of the items being removed, as well as our labor and fuel costs (based on time and distance.) As such, our minimum pick-up and disposal fee is $200. All estimates are provided prior to any items being removed.
In order to give fair and accurate prices, we cannot offer more than a rough estimate over the phone. However, after walking through your property to scope the project, we will provide an actual estimate based on what we see.
We will collect and haul away almost any junk and debris you ask about, as long as the items are non-hazardous. We will take construction and renovation debris, household junk, yard waste, appliances, furniture and more.
We do not remove hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, oils, asbestos, oil drums, and toxic waste.) We can remove paint, but disposal fees may apply.
Mass Junk Inc. offers a 10% senior and veterans discount, and services a 25-mile radius from Boston, with exception as discussed in the below Service Area section.
